ALTAI™ Speed Lacing: Fast, Simple, and Secure

If you have a complex system for lacing your boots to fit your unique needs, then we challenge you to a new, simpler way to keep your feet comfortable and snug, without wasting any extra time.

While some lacing systems like the Ladder lacing system offer a secure fit, we wanted to save you time when gearing up. As you can see in the video, this might be an okay solution for ill-fitting boots, but we took the design of our boot to eliminate the need for any complicated lacing techniques.

Our boots’ eyelets are specifically designed for our Speed Lacing system, which is as intuitive as tying a tennis shoe, but faster. In order to cut down the time it takes to gear up for police officers and other first responders, our boots were intended to be laced up in a straight forward manner with minimal time involved; all while ensuring a secure fit for a hard day at work (or play!).

These writers – Bob Dylan, Tim Hardin, Janis Ian, Fred Neil and Phil Ochs, to name just a few – changed the “folk” repertoire from traditional songs to songs sprung from personal, contemporary experience, as well as from the headlines. ALTAI™ Pro Tip: How To Clean ALTAI™ Tactical Boots

With the extreme conditions you put your feet through everyday, a durable boot that cleans easily is a must. We believe a durable mud-covered boot is only as good as its ability to look fresh and new. So here’s our ALTAI™ Pro Tip on how to get our boots so clean, that mud puddle over the weekend can be your ‘dirty little secret.’

How To Clean ALTAI™ Tactical Boots:

1). Expose your ALTAI™ boots’ outer grime to running water. (Be sure to avoid getting water INSIDE your boots!) Under the utility sink faucet will do, but for the nastiest messes, a garden hose will easily take away mud and dirt. Preparedness expert Geek Prepper has demonstrated that with his pair of MFT-100s. Thanks to our key boot feature, SuperFabric®, your boots will clean up easily under high water pressure and remain dry on the inside.

2). For dried, caked-on mud, a soft brush under running water can help break up larger, hard-to-remove clumps. Be sure to test a small area of your boots with your brush of choice before fully scrubbing them down.

We now turn the spotlight to another paintball ambassador and she will certainly leave you wondering: how does she do it all? As a doctor, mother, and business owner, Philene Harte truly exemplifies Born To Outperform™, and we are proud to sponsor such an inspiring, strong role model.

Philene, owner of Weltz Paintball, focuses on specialty safety paintball gear developed for women. Not only is she a mom (we all know how challenging this job can be!), Philene is also a special education advocate and helps families of children with special needs as Dr. Education Mom. From her early start with paintball back in 1999, Philene has evolved into one of the most sophisticated paintball players, using two pistols, which demands incredible accuracy. Her nickname, Queen Paintball Assassin, was born from her accuracy and intensity playing on the field as a pistol player. Currently, she plays with double TipX and occasionally MacDev.
