Return, exchange, and Limited Standard Warranty claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of product and returned within 30 days of receiving a shipping label from ALTAI®. One Year Warranty exchanges must have been registered within 30 days of receipt prior to making a claim.
Please note that ALTAI® Outlet products are non-returnable and eligible for one size exchange, free one-way shipping only within the mainland US.
