What is SuperFabric® and why is it important to my footwear?
SuperFabric® materials are used in the uppers of our boots and in some toe caps. SuperFabric® technology consists of highly abrasion resistant and durable materials that are made to withstand and conquer harsh environments and rough applications. The flexible fabric has an overlaid surface of tiny plates of protection, creating an amazingly light and breathable material that dries rapidly and resists much of the normal wear and tear of daily use.

What size should I purchase?
We know what a pain buying footwear online can be, so we created a measuring chart for your convenience. With a more accurate reading of your foot size, you can make a better-informed purchase. Our footbed is on the roomy side but consider your sock thickness in your sizing for maximum comfort. Feel free to contact us directly with any questions about sizing and fit. We also provide one free size exchange with every purchase!

Recommendations:

For men, we typically recommend going down a half size from your normal tennis shoe size.
For women, we typically recommend going down a size and a half from your normal tennis shoe size.
Consider thickness of socks, weather/terrain, and unique feet sizes when choosing your size.
Will my boots take a polish?
The toe caps of the ALTAI™ MF Tactical boots (MFT100, MFT100-Z, MFT100-S & MFT100-ZS) are 100% full–grain leather and designed for those who want their boots to have a polished toe. The rest of the ALTAI™ line is made with highly stain–resistant SuperFabric® materials in the toe cap, which does not require polish.
Are my boots stain-resistant?
The SuperFabric® material in our boots provides a high resistance to stains. SuperFabric® guard plates provide extreme protection to the fabric underneath, making it easy to keep clean and look great! Learn more about SuperFabric®.
When will my order ship?
When you order your boots from ALTAI™, they are shipped within 48 hours from our facility. This excludes orders received over weekends and holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
All ALTAI™ orders can be shipped within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) at no cost for standard shipping. We do ship internationally, but the customer pays for any shipping, customs and duty fees associated with an order.

ALTAI™ requires a valid credit card at time of purchase and reserves the right to charge any customs or duty fees (charged by the courier) that are unpaid by the customer after shipment has been received. Please contact us directly at info@ALTAIgear.com to place your order, or for any questions.
