In Jordan Minnesota, police received a call to check on the welfare of a possibly deranged man. The caller described the man as standing outside, motionless, in the cold, with no coat, hugging a pillow. Now, if you know Minnesota winter’s, this is certainly deranged behavior; the caller was advised to let police check on the individual, not knowing what possible dangers could present themselves.
